The present invention discloses a drive transmission assembly of a push-pull door lock that can reduce production costs and improve workability with a simple structure. The present invention is a base casing installed on the handle of the push-pull door lock; a pressing lever which is installed in the base casing to be rotatable through a pivoting shaft and the other end is pivoted by a certain radius when one end is pressed with the pivotal shaft as a starting point; a motive actuator having at least one cam surface formed on an outer circumferential surface of which the other end of the press lever abuts, is rotatably installed in the base casing, is connected to the base casing via a torsion spring, and drives the motive by rotation; and a fixing bracket positioned in front of the mortise actuator and fixed to the base casing so as to rotatably mount the mortise actuator to the base casing.
