The present invention relates to an optical fiber sensor cable coupling system and a method for installing an optical fiber sensor cable using the same. In the present invention, a fiber optic sensor cable is separately installed in the preformed observation hole, but the optical fiber sensor cable is installed in close contact with the hole wall of the observation hole so that vibration can be accurately applied to the optical fiber. In the present invention, in a state in which the spiral spring is wound on the rod, the optical fiber sensor cable can be pressed and adhered to the hollow wall by separating the rod and opening the spring. In addition, there is an advantage that such an installation process and a demolition process can be made very easily.
