The present invention relates to a method for securing a large amount of terminally differentiated oligodendrocytes by patterning and disassembling 3D organoids prepared from human pluripotent stem cells, culturing oligodendrocyte progenitors, and inducing differentiation. Oligodendrocytes are expected to be very useful for screening cell therapies or therapeutic drugs by significantly shortening the differentiation time while being equal or superior in reproducibility, stability, and functionality to cells differentiated by existing differentiation methods.
