The present invention relates to an eye drop composition having an excellent ophthalmic effect while maintaining medicinal effect and a method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an eye drop composition having a low viscosity and a long-lasting medicinal effect and a method for preparing the same.
