The present invention relates to nanoparticles for brain cancer cell target drug delivery surface-modified with a brain cancer cell targeting peptide, a method for preparing the same, and a use thereof, and more particularly, to a porous silicon nanoparticle encapsulated with an anticancer drug and a surface of the nanoparticles It relates to nanoparticles for drug delivery targeting brain cancer cells comprising a peptide having brain cancer cell targeting ability bound to, a method for preparing the same, and the use of the nanoparticles for brain cancer treatment. The nanoparticles according to the present invention specifically deliver the conventional anticancer agent showing low tissue specificity and solubility to glioblastoma in which the caveolin receptor is overexpressed through the brain-vascular barrier, thereby inducing a more efficient glioblastoma treatment effect. As it can be used as an effective drug delivery agent for treatment, it is expected to be usefully utilized in the field of clinical anticancer research as it can improve the efficiency of anticancer drugs with weak biodistribution and can be applied to the treatment of cancer cells in which caveolin is overexpressed.
