Calculation apparatus and method for automation of tsunami prediction system considering tidal-tsunami interactions

Disclosed are a calculation apparatus and method for automating a tsunami prediction system in consideration of a tidal-tsunami interaction. The calculation method is: a) generating a global tidal model using the global harmonic constant database in a normal period when no tsunami has occurred, b) using the initial conditions and boundary conditions of the generated global tidal model generating a regional tidal model; c) at the time of a tsunami (Tsunami event period), generating a global tsunami model using seismic parameters as initial conditions; d) initializing the global tsunami model and local tidal model synthesizing conditions and boundary conditions, and e) generating a local tidal-tsunami model using the synthesized initial conditions and boundary conditions.
