A method for generating a non-ambiguity correlation function based on subcarrier division according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: a receiver receiving a CBOC signal; generating a plurality of divided subcarriers by dividing a subcarrier according to a preset division condition to generate a plurality of divided subcarriers; generating a plurality of cross-correlation functions by correlating each with the CBOC signal, selecting first and second cross-correlation functions symmetric to each other from among the cross-correlation functions, and the first and second cross-correlation functions and generating an initial non-ambiguous correlation function based on combining them.
