A structure safety inspection and maintenance method and system are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a structure safety inspection and maintenance system implemented by a computer includes: a drone that acquires a two-dimensional image of a structure; and a server communicating with the drone, wherein the server includes: a safety check unit configured to generate defective data by detecting a defective area on the structure from the two-dimensional image collected from the drone in order to perform a safety check; and modeling the defective area on the structure at a higher resolution than the normal area on the structure while modeling a three-dimensional model for the structure based on the two-dimensional image and the failure data received from the safety inspection unit.
