A brokerage system and method for skin care services is provided. A skin care service mediation system according to an embodiment of the present invention is a skin care service mediation system between a consumer who wants skin care and a skin expert who wants to provide a skin care service to the consumer, using a skin measuring device. a skin data collection unit for collecting the consumer's skin data obtained by; a consultation interface unit for providing consultation between the consumer and at least one skin expert; a review data collection unit for collecting, in real time, review data related to skin experts who have posted needs response information on the consultation interface unit based on the skin data posted on the consultation interface unit and the skin-related needs information desired by the consumer; and a data analysis unit that analyzes the skin data and the review data collected in real time, and provides it to the consumer.
