The three-way valve (100) comprises a three-way valve body (11), an electric switching mechanism (2), and a valve core assembly (12), wherein the three-way valve body (11) is provided with a sliding cavity (110), a first channel (111), a second channel (112), and a third channel (113); the valve core assembly (12) comprises a valve rod (121) and a sealing portion (122), wherein the valve rod (121) can drive the sealing portion (122) to linearly slide in the sliding cavity (110) in a reciprocating manner; the valve core assembly (12) comprises a first working station and a second working station; when the valve core assembly (12) is in the first working station, the sealing portion (122) closes the second channel (112), and the first channel (111) is communicated with the third channel (113), and when the valve core assembly (12) is in the second working station, the sealing portion (122) closes the third channel (113), and the first channel (111) is communicated with the second channel (112); the electric switching mechanism (2) can drive the valve rod (121) to move to drive the sealing portion (122) to slide in the sliding cavity (110). When the anaesthesia machine needs to perform leakage self-checking, the electric switching mechanism (2) can be controlled by a system program to input driving force so as to control the switching of the three-way valve (100), so that in the leakage self-checking process of the anaesthesia machine, full-automatic leakage self-checking of the anaesthesia machine can be implemented without manual intervention of the three-way valve (100).
