An automobile assembly fixture system and a multi-vehicle type assembly stereo warehouse. The automobile assembly fixture system comprises a main frame (1), a first positioning and clamping device (2), and a driving device (3); the main frame comprises a mounting cross beam (8) and a mounting bracket group (19) provided on the mounting cross beam; the first positioning and clamping device is movably provided on the mounting bracket group; the mounting bracket group is used for being provided between two lateral enclosure assemblies (5) of an automobile, so that the first positioning and clamping device is provided in the automobile; the driving device is provided on the mounting bracket group; and the driving device is used for driving the first positioning and clamping device to move relative to the mounting bracket group, so that the first positioning and clamping device positions and clamps the two lateral enclosure assemblies and a tailgate frame of the automobile from the interior of the automobile. By means of the system, the first positioning and clamping device for assembling the lateral enclosure assemblies and the tailgate frame of the automobile can be provided in the interior, thereby being beneficial for obtaining a larger arrangement space of a welding robot and more welding points, and improving welding reachability.
