Disclosed is a method for tailoring for satellite random vibration and noise tests on the basis of area-to-mass ratio, and the method is used to tailor a random vibration test and a noise test in a satellite ground verification test. The method comprises: first, performing satellite dynamics frequency response simulation analysis according to a satellite random vibration test condition, and obtaining the power spectrum density value of the random vibration test condition corresponding to the frequency corresponding to the maximum value of a satellite key position frequency response; then, according to satellite acoustic test conditions, performing simulation analysis of aerospace acoustic vibration response, obtaining the acoustic test condition sound pressure level corresponding to the frequency band corresponding to the maximum value of the satellite key position frequency response, and calculating frequency bandwidth and sound pressure spectral density; then calculating a miles area-to-mass ratio; and finally, calculating a break-even coefficient and a break-even point, and tailor the random vibration test and noise test according to the break-even point.
