NEO4J-BASED ANOMALOUS USER PROCESSING METHOD AND APPARATUS, COMPUTER DEVICE, AND MEDIUM

A Neo4j-based anomalous user processing method and apparatus, a computer device, and a readable storage medium, relating to the fields of big data and data mining. The method comprises: performing user feature extraction on acquired user data (202); inputting the extracted user features into a Neo4j algorithm to predict and obtain from the user data a user group having a same attribute label, and determining the user group is an anomalous user group (204); on the basis of a preset weight ratio, scoring the abnormal user group on the basis of the number of users in the anomalous user group, delineating features, and common features (206); and generating a corresponding targeting label for the anomalous user group on the basis of the score and, on the basis of the targeting label, processing a detected anomalous user group having a specific operation (208). The invention solves the technical problem of inaccurate processing of anomalous users.
