A health data-based health report generation method and system, a computer device, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: obtaining health indicator data of a user; performing comprehensive analysis and evaluation on all health indicator data and also performing individual analysis and evaluation on each piece of health indicator data; using the comprehensive evaluation result and individual evaluation results separately as indexes and performing inquiries in a pre-established corpus so as to provide corresponding health recommendations and generate a health report. The health indicator data of the user can be stored in a blockchain. Said method can enhance the accuracy of health evaluation and generate visual and accurate health recommendations for the user. The present invention also facilitates the user to conduct real-time daily monitoring of one's own health state, thereby effectively enhancing user health level.
