The embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of image processing, and disclosed therein are an image fusion method and device, a dual-light camera and an unmanned aerial vehicle. The image fusion method is applied to a dual-light camera comprising a thermal imaging lens and a visible light lens, and the method comprises: acquiring a thermal imaging image collected by a thermal imaging lens and a visible light image collected by a visible light lens; determining a first focal length of the thermal imaging lens when collecting the thermal imaging image and a second focal length of the visible light lens when collecting the visible light image; according to the first focal length and the second focal length, determining a size calibration parameter and a position calibration parameter of the thermal imaging image; adjusting the size of the thermal imaging image according to the size calibration parameter, moving the adjusted thermal imaging image in the visible light image according to the position calibration parameter such that the thermal imaging image is aligned with the visible light image, and obtaining an image to be fused; and fusing the image to be fused so as to generate a dual-light fused image. By using the described means, the embodiments of the present invention can improve the picture quality of a fused image.
