Said method comprises: acquiring attribute feature data of a group to be predicted under a group service, the attribute feature data being used for characterizing a group user attribute of said group (101); and performing classification on said group on the basis of the attribute feature data of said group and an identification model of dissatisfied users in a group, and identifying said users in the group service (102), said model being generated on the basis of attribute feature data and group satisfaction of a plurality of group samples of the group service. The present invention can realize, on the basis of said model, the classification of a group that has not participated in satisfaction evaluation in the group service, and then identifies potential dissatisfied users in the group.
