Disclosed in the present invention is an earphone control method, which is applied to an earphone box. The earphone box is provided with a first electric contact; when the state of the first electric contact is a charging state, the first electric contact is used for charging the earphone; and when the state of the first electric contact is a communication state, the first electric contact is used for establishing a communication connection between the earphone box and the earphone. The control method comprises: when the state of the first electric contact is the charging state, and the earphone box detects that there is a communication requirement between the earphone box and the earphone, adjusting the level value of the first electric contact so as to send a preset signal to the earphone by means of the first electric contact; and when a response signal fed back on the basis of the preset signal by the earphone is received, switching the state of the first electric contact to the communication state. Further disclosed in the present invention are the earphone box, the earphone and a computer-readable storage medium. The present invention improves the stability of true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones.
