The information submission method is applied to a terminal device, and comprises: receiving instruction information from a network apparatus, the instruction information instructing a terminal apparatus to submit phase information of at least one target path corresponding to a downlink channel; and submitting, according to the instruction information, the phase information of the at least one target path to the network apparatus.
