The method comprises: acquiring alarm data of a multi-source alarm event (S110); parsing the alarm data of the multi-source alarm event to obtain alarm information of the multi-source alarm event (S120); and assigning, according to the alarm information of the multi-source alarm event, and a service rule, the multi-source alarm event to a corresponding alarm receiving and handling terminal device for handling (S130). Alarm data of a multi-source alarm event is acquired and then parsed to obtain alarm information, and then, the multi-source alarm event is assigned, according to the alarm information and a service rule, to a corresponding alarm receiving seat or alarm handling seat so that personnel in the alarm receiving seat or in the alarm handling seat perform corresponding handling on the alarm event, such that access of multi-source alarm data can be supported, thereby improving the efficiency of responding to and handling alarm information, and shortening an alarm response time.
