Disclosed is a method for preparing a pH-responsive intestine-targeted active factor transportation system based on anionic sodium alginate. The preparation method belongs to the technical field of microcapsule preparation. According to the preparation method, with anionic polysaccharide sodium alginate as a wall material, and using microfluidic technology, an active factor transportation system with a certain strength, uniform size, a shell-core structure, pH sensitivity, and intestine targeting is formed by means of using an in-situ internal and external gel method to coat an active factor procyanidine, and by means of modifying chitosan on the surface of calcium alginate through layer-by-layer self-assembly. The active factor transportation system can improve the stability of procyanidine, prevent procyanidine from being affected by an external environment, strong acidity of gastric fluid, and other factors, and transport procyanidine to an intestinal tract region for release to improve the bioavailability of procyanidine.
