The present invention relates to a method for predicting prognosis in an alcoholic ketoacidosis patient. More particularly, the method comprises: a first step of measuring respective index values of variables from an alcoholic ketoacidosis patient according to a predetermined index set for at least one physiological variable set established in each of 6 organic systems in the body; and a second step of selecting, one by one, index values of the variables that are measured to have the largest index values in each of the 6 organic systems in the body and obtaining a sum of the selected index values, and thus can predict a risk of death in the alcoholic ketoacidosis patient more easily and accurately.
