The invention relates to an integrated electronic console (IEC) (100) for providing management of the in-vehicle system units, fare deduction, ticketing, video recording and communication system with the control center, which integrated electronic console performs many main functions such as allowing a passenger to pass by deducting fare from any media like a card, a ticket, a mobile, etc., used for electronic fare collection systems, informing a driver of passenger information, navigation, and managing a video recorder and in-vehicle devices/modules, wherein the integrated electronic console includes: a first LCD touch screen (101) which is disposed such that the angle of vision on the face of the device facing the driver cabin is optimized according to a person of an average sizes sitting on a driver's seat, provides information on travelling to the driver, and allows the driver to manage all system units coupled to the device via said screen; a second LCD screen (102) which is disposed according to the arrival angle of the passengers on top of the device for informing passengers, wherein the screen displays the balance deducting from a passenger card, the balance remaining in the card, and information such as a different message, an image, etc. for the passengers; a contactless card reader (103) which is able to read media such as fare cards, contactless credit cards/bank cards, etc., and is able to deduct fare; an 1D&2D barcode reader (104) which is able to read both 1D and 2D (QR) barcodes both on a paper and mobile media screens; an industrial printer with an auto cutter (105) which is able to provide a receipt/voucher when the fare is deducted from a credit card/bank card and is able to print a ticket with a barcode; at least one LED (6); a speaker (107) which provides audible information for the driver and passengers in the vehicle; at least one microphone and headphone jack (108); at least one reset button (109) which is used to completely cut off the energy of the system and reset the device when pressed for a period of time, or to switch the device to a test mode; and a base (110).
