To provide an inter-leaf process that provides a constant or approximately constant tension when liner material is wound in a winding or unwinding process regardless of the line speed and that enables winding in highly accurate alignment between the liner and winding material and at high speed particularly when winding material of adhesiveness, viscosity, and stickiness and/or flowability.SOLUTION: This invention is an improved method and device for inter-leaf winding material, particularly, material of adhesion, viscosity, or stickiness.
