PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide production methods of liquid crystal mixed-crystal emulsion compositions, liquid crystal emulsion cosmetics, and liquid crystal mixed-crystal emulsion compositions which can be spread smoothly and have good skin compatibility, and to provide production methods of liquid crystal milk cosmetics.;SOLUTION: A liquid crystal mixed-crystal emulsion composition is obtained by adding (G) a component showing Maltese cross at the time of observation by polarizing microscope, into a layer liquid crystal emulsion composition comprising (A) an oil content, (B) higher alcohol, (C) a higher fatty acid soap, (D) a nonionic surfactant, (E) water soluble polyhydric alcohol, and (F) water. The production method of a liquid crystal mixed-crystal emulsion composition comprises: producing a layered liquid crystal emulsion composition by heating and mixing (A) an oil content, (B) higher alcohol, (C) a higher fatty acid soap, (D) a nonionic surfactant, (E) water soluble polyhydric alcohol, and (F) water; and adding (G) a component showing Maltese cross at the time of observation by polarizing microscope, to the layered liquid crystal emulsion composition.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
