Provided is an operating method of a user equipment (UE) for time domain resource assignment of a data channel in a wireless communication system, the operating method including: receiving control information related to the time domain resource assignment of the data channel from a base station via a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) and upper layer signaling, and determining the time domain resource assignment of the data channel, based on the received control information.
