A method for adjusting surgical light parameters, a surgical lighting device and a readable storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring an operation field image signal or a three-dimensional signal of an operation field (01), and determining surgery information according to the operation field image signal or the three-dimensional signal of the operation field, the surgery information comprising surgery type or surgery stage (02); then determining a parameter adjustment strategy for a surgical light according to the surgery information, and adjusting the parameters of the surgery light parameters according to the parameter adjustment strategy (03). Hence, by means of acquiring an operation field image signal or a three-dimensional signal of an operation field, parameters of a surgical light may be automatically adjusted, thus freeing both hands of medical personnel.
