ANALOGUE-TO-DIGITAL CONVERSION DEVICE COMPRISING TWO CASCADING STAGES OF ANALOGUE-TO-DIGITAL CONVERSION WITH SUCCESSIVE APPROXIMATION REGISTER AND NOISE SHAPING, AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRONIC SENSOR
The analog-to-digital conversion device (10) comprises:-An input terminal (12) for receiving an analog input signal (VIN (z));-An output terminal (14) for outputting a digital output signal (dout (z));-A first analog-to-digital conversion module (24) having a continuous approximation register, called a first SAR ADC module, connected to an input terminal (12);-A first feedback module 30 associated with a first SAR ADC module 24;-A second analog-to-digital conversion module (38) with continuous approximation registers, called a second SAR ADC module, is cascaded to the first SAR ADC module (24);-A second feedback module 44 associated with a second SAR ADC module 38; and-A multiplexing module (20) connected to the first and second SAR ADC modules (24, 38) to transmit a digital output signal (dout (z)).
