The present invention relates to an articulated jib crane, for offshore application, which crane comprises an articulated jib (3), carried by a support structure (2) and equipped with maneuvering means (5). The articulated boom (3) comprises a main boom (31) and an end boom (32). The maneuvering means (5) of said articulated boom (3) comprise at least one downstream linear actuator (52), arranged between said main boom (31) and said end boom (32), for the rotational maneuver of said end boom (32) around a downstream articulation axis (36 '). And said at least downstream linear actuator (52) is secured with one of the side faces (311) of said main boom (31) and with one of the side faces (321) of said end boom (32), so providing an improved lever arm between said main boom (31) and said end boom (32).
