A three-dimensional volume data measurement method (200), a three-dimensional volume data measurement system (10), a medical apparatus, and a computer storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining three-dimensional volume data of a target object (S210); selecting at least two cross sections which intersect each other and contains the target object from the three-dimensional volume data, and drawing two-dimensional contours of the target object on the cross sections (S220); and segmenting the three-dimensional volume data according to the two-dimensional contours to obtain a three-dimensional contour of the target object (S230). By means of the method, the contour of the target object can be obtained more accurately, and then more parameters of the target object can be obtained more accurately and effectively. The method can give consideration to both versatility and simple operation, and can be used for segmenting three-dimensional volume data of a difficult target.
