Disclosed is a fully automatic flaw detection mechanism for plugging holes. The fully automatic flaw detection mechanism comprises: a conveying device; a jacking rotation device, used for jacking a product to be detected of the conveying device upwards and driving said product to rotate; an upper pressing device, which is located above the conveying device and cooperates with the jacking rotation device to rotate and press an upper surface of said product; and a detection device capable of performing X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis movement and extending into a hole to be detected of the product. In the present invention, automatic feeding and automatic position adjustment of an engine housing can be achieved, so as to achieve automatic detection for plugging holes, and the detection efficiency and the reliability of a detection result is greatly improved.
