Specifically, provided is an inhibitor-loaded exosome, comprising a substance that inhibits the expression of drug-resistant genes and/or the protein activity thereof. Also provided is an exosome formulation, which can significantly improve the sensitivity of drug-resistant bacteria to antibiotics. The exosome formulation can significantly treat infections caused by drug-resistant bacteria.
