The present application relates to the field of big data, and specifically relates to an official document file processing method, an apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: performing format parsing on an official document file to be examined, obtaining the official document file to be examined in a standard file type, and recognizing all file component content in the official document file to be examined in a standard file type; executing, by means of a pre-set text processing model, synchronously text format check, text content check, and framework and layout check, so as to obtain a format check result, a content check result, and a layout check resu generating checked error content, by means of the format check result, the content check result, and the layout check result, calling a standard writing rule corresponding to the checked error content, and annotating the checked error content and the standard writing rule in the official document file to be examined. The present application also relates to the blockchain field, as the standard writing rule is stored in a blockchain. The present application enhances the efficiency of official document file examination.
