Disclosed are a method for providing arithmetic learning smart learning on the basis of an arithmetic learning ability diagnosis and a service system for performing same. The method further comprises: a step in which the service system collects, as big data, a result of the learning game, and ends the learning game according to the result of the learning game, or provides the user with the learning game such that the user re-learns some or all of the plurality of learning stages included in the learning game; and a step in which the service system processes the collected big data so as to adjust curation logic for setting the learning stage of the arithmetic learning smart learning according to the diagnosis result of learning ability.
