The present invention relates to a smart air-conditioning device for reducing microdust and harmful gases and, more specifically, to a smart air-conditioning device for reducing microdust and harmful gases, which can remove pollutants from indoor air without introduction of air or heat exchange with outdoor air and then circulate the indoor air, and can perform a prior heat exchange process before introduction of outdoor air into an energy recovery ventilator so as to prevent condensation or condensed water from being generated. The smart air-conditioning device for reducing microdust and harmful gases, according to the present invention, comprises: an outer chamber part which is coupled to communicate with the inside of a room at one side thereof and communicates with the outside at the other side thereof; an inner chamber part which is arranged to pass through the inside of the outer chamber part, is coupled to communicate with the inside of the room at one side thereof, and communicates with the outside at the other side thereof; an outer chamber damper which is installed in the outer chamber part so as to control the flow of air; and an inner chamber damper which is installed in the inner chamber part so as to control the flow of air.
