1 - (3,4-dihydro-1h-pyrido [4,3-b] indole-2 (5H) - YL) - 2-hydroxyethanone1Is disclosed. These compounds are inhibitors of human CGAs in the interferon producing cell type. Thus, they are useful as therapeutic agents to treat CGAs associated autoimmune diseases in humans.
