PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground surface deformation visualization device and a ground surface deformation visualization program, capable of clearly extracting the area of displacement caused by a fault, landslide, liquefaction, banking collapse, or the like by using an interference SAR image.;SOLUTION: A satellite data acquisition part 10 acquires time-series image data transmitted from an SAR. An interference fringe image generation part 12 generates an interference fringe image from the time-series image data. A low-interference area extraction part 14 extracts a low-interference area from the time-series image data and makes it an image such as a set of lines or points expressing the area. A superimposition part 18 superimposes the interference fringe image on the image of the low-interference area. A display control part 20 displays the superimposition image of the interference fringe image and the low-interference area on a display device.
