Filler injection method and screw rebar joint structure for screw rebar joints

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection method of a filler to a screw reinforcement joint part of a screw reinforcement that can exhibit stable strength with simple work, and a cartridge for accommodating filler.;SOLUTION: When a screw reinforcement 2 with a male screw part 2a is screwed and joined to a receiving member 1 with a female screw part 1a, a cartridge 4, which retains a filler 3 for filling the gap of a female screw part 1a and the male screw part 2a, is arranged between an end part of the screw reinforcement 2 and an inner surface of the receiving member 1. The injection method of a filler includes pressing any one of the cartridge 4 and the filler 3 by using an end surface 2b of the screw reinforcement 2 and the inner surface of the receiving member 1 to discharge the filler 3 from the cartridge 4 as the screw reinforcement 2 screws to the receiving member 1, and press-fitting the filler 3 to the gap of the male screw part 2a and the female screw part 1a by further screwing the screw reinforcement 2.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
