PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable appropriate detection of various actions of a detection target person.;SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 1 originates information characterizing action of a detection target person. An action detection device 2 acquires from its sensor unit a sensing motion signal (motion information) sequentially varying depending on the detection target person's motion, as first information.
