The invention concerns a container (1) to receive a transplant object (2) as well as a cap (4) and a vessel (3) for such a container (1). In order to allow an improved and reliable analysis and treatment of transplant objects (2), with a particularly gentle and environmentally protected handling of the transplant object (2), it is proposed that the container (1) is permeable to radiation, allows radiological imaging and/or sterilisation by ionising radiation of the transplant object contained in the container (1);and that the cap (4) and/or the vessel (3) have one or more fixation structures (5) to attach the transplant object (2) to the container (1). In addition, a procedure and a system for providing three-dimensional structural data of a transplant object will be proposed to make the information obtained from the analysis more accessible to medical staff. In addition, a procedure and a system for the sterilisation of a transplant object (2) by ionising radiation are described.
