The method comprises the steps of: obtaining a rental order: a battery pack rental terminal obtaining rental order information of an electric bicycle (100), and performing parsing to obtain a destination address (S111); generating route mileage: generating a driving path according to the current position of the battery pack rental terminal and the destination address, and obtaining a route mileage value of the driving path (S211); distributing battery packs (400): determining a numerical range interval of the route mileage value (S311); ejecting the battery packs (400): the battery pack rental terminal sending a battery pack (400) take-out instruction to partially eject the battery packs (400) rented this time out of bin bodies of the battery rental terminal (S411). The battery rental terminal achieves reasonable distribution of the battery packs (400) by parsing an order, and rationalization of use of the electric bicycle (100) is ensured while improving the user experience.
