The present invention relates to a method for producing p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl chloride by means of a double-temperature-zone two-stage method based on a continuous flow reaction. Acetanilide is reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to generate p-acetamidobenzenesulfonic acid, and then the p-acetamidobenzenesulfonic acid is reacted with chlorosulfonic acid to generate p-acetamidobenzenesulfonyl chloride. The characteristics of efficient mass transfer and heat transfer, controllable reaction time and reaction temperature, continuous production, intrinsic safety, etc. of a micro-channel reactor are utilized, a double-temperature-zone micro-channel reactor is used, and a first reaction stage uses a lower temperature, so as to facilitate the generation of a para-sulfonation product, and in a second reaction stage, a higher temperature is used, so as to facilitate the generation of a sulfonyl chloride. The present invention solves the problems of a slow reaction at a low temperature and the formation of by-products caused by a high temperature; prevents a safety accident caused by a large amount of reaction heat being released in a production process; ensures stable production by controlling a reaction time and reaction temperature; and reduces pollution caused by excessive use of chlorosulfonic acid in a batch production process.
