An antibacterial highly absorbent medical dressing, comprising a natural gauze (1), antibacterial horizontal strips (2) and antibacterial vertical strips (3) being arranged at a bottom end of the natural gauze (1), and the antibacterial horizontal strips (2) and the antibacterial vertical strips (3) being cross-woven; a fiber layer (4) is bonded below the antibacterial horizontal strips (2) and the antibacterial vertical strips (3), and a collagen layer (5) is arranged at a bottom end of the fiber layer (4). The present invention has a logical and sensible structure, is safe and convenient to use, facilitates rapid absorption of exudate from a wound bed by means of the natural gauze (1), allows for further improved dressing durability by means of the cross-weaving of the antibacterial horizontal strips (2) and the antibacterial vertical strips (3), and the antibacterial horizontal strips (2) and the antibacterial vertical strips (3) also ensure improved antibacterial properties of the medical dressing; the fiber layer (4) utilizes sodium carboxymethyl cellulose fibers in cooperation with the collagen layer (5), promoting skin tissue anabolism and cellular regeneration, increasing local skin temperature and moisture, and accelerating local skin cell blood circulation and metabolism.
