A novel downlight structure, comprising a light body and a light source (5); the light body comprises a support (1), a movable light holder assembly (2), a base (3) and a supporting ring (4); the movable light holder assembly (2) is movably connected to the top of the support (1), the base (3) is connected to the supporting ring (4) and then is mounted at the bottom of the support (1), the light source (5) is mounted on the movable light holder assembly (2), and moves longitudinally or horizontally in the light with the movable light holder assembly (2). By means of delicate design of the structure of the light body and the light source (5) of the downlight, the present invention provides a convenient solution for replacing a light source of downlight with a bare hand, and also provides a feasibility solution for standardization in the downlight industry.
