An integral staggered assembly method of a bipolar plate, a fuel cell stack comprising the bipolar plate, and a power generation system. The integral staggered assembly method comprises: manufacturing a first polar plate and a second polar plate; and fitting a second surface of the first polar plate and a fourth surface of the second polar plate together, and staggering the first polar plate and the second polar plate, wherein the staggering mode comprises mass center staggering and flow field center staggering of the first polar plate and the second polar plate. By utilizing the method, a large-area synchronous fluctuating region can be formed on the bipolar plate or a plurality of synchronous fluctuating regions can be formed simultaneously without changing the distance between flow channels. In the fuel cell stack, the bipolar plate is rotated by 180 degrees around an axis parallel to the thickness direction of the bipolar plate or rotated by 180 degrees around an axis parallel to the staggering direction, so that wrinkles of a membrane electrode can be avoided, and furthermore, a reactant flow channel is prevented from being blocked and a circuit is prevented from being in poor contact.
