The device comprises a uterine curettage mechanism (1), an observation mechanism (2), a circuit (3), a negative-pressure suction mechanism (4), an operation rod (5), and the electronic protection mechanism (30). The uterine curettage mechanism (1) comprises at least one diagnosing curette (11), and the diagnosing curette (11) is disposed at a front end of the operation rod (5). The electronic protection mechanism (30) is disposed outside the observation mechanism (2) and/or the circuit (3) for waterproof, vapor-proof and insulation protections of electronic component(s) of the observation mechanism (2) and/or the circuit (3). A direct-view abortion uterine curettage system (900) comprises the direct-view abortion uterine curettage device (100) having the electronic protection mechanism (30). Moreover, a negative-pressure aspirator (105) and a flushing system (106) can be provided according to needs. During clinical surgery, an implantation position of an embryonic tissue can be conveniently found by means of a camera (22-1) of a lens module (22), then the embryonic tissue is peeled off from a uterus by using the diagnosing curette (11), and then the peeled embryonic tissue is sucked out of the body by means of the negative-pressure suction mechanism (4). The electronic protection mechanism (30) disposed outside the observation mechanism (2) and the circuit (3) can perform waterproof, vapor-proof and insulation protections on the electronic components of the observation mechanism (2) and the circuit (3), thereby effectively preventing blood water or tissue fluid generated during the surgery from affecting the normal work of the electronic components, ensuring the normal operation of the surgery, and making a clinical process safer.
