An indwelling needle image segmentation model construction method, apparatus and system, and a needle tip positioning method, apparatus and system. Firstly, an image segmentation model which is specifically used for an indwelling needle image including a light reflection layer (2-1) region can be trained, so that different types of indwelling needles produced by various manufacturers can be identified; and a target contour identification task is used, thereby improving the identification precision for a contour, such that a network extracts contour information of a target, thereby improving the accuracy of an indwelling needle image segmentation result and thus improving the accuracy of subsequent needle tip positioning for an indwelling needle. Secondly, a matching method is used to obtain a sample image; by means of a ratio parameter of the sample image, the position of a needle tip of the indwelling needle in the image can be easily and quickly determined according to the position of the light reflection layer (2-1) region, thereby improving the real-time performance of needle tip positioning; and a coordinate transformation parameter of the sample image is also used to calculate the needle tip depth of an indwelling needle to be positioned, so that the time of operation of a program can be effectively reduced, thereby improving the real-time performance of needle tip depth positioning.
