HYDROGEN FUELING PRE-COOLING CONTROL METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR HYDROGEN FUELING STATION

A hydrogen fueling pre-cooling control method and system for a hydrogen fueling station. The control method comprises the following steps: 1) obtaining initial temperature data and initial pressure data of a hydrogen storage bottle; and 2) according to the initial temperature data, the initial pressure data, and a set hydrogen fueling amount, calculating a heat value Q1 generated in a mode of a set rate and a heat value Q2 generated when hydrogen fueling till a set temperature upper limit T0, comparing Q1 and Q2, when Q12, not starting a refrigerating unit, and when Q1>Q2, starting the refrigerating unit. The on-off state of the refrigerating unit can be adjusted according to the temperature and the pressure of the hydrogen storage bottle, so that the problem of waste of energy consumption caused by blindly setting the refrigerating unit at an invariable and lower pre-cooling temperature is avoided, and the hydrogen fueling speed and the energy consumption are both considered.
