According to a system for providing a diary platform that maximizes motivation by, when a goal is achieved, paying a dividend to which a dividend rate according to a difficulty level of the goal is applied, proposed by the present invention, a goal that a user wants to achieve offline and a bet amount are set; a diary service including schedule management and memo management for achieving the goal is provided so as to increase the possibility of achieving the goal; and when the goal is achieved, a dividend calculated by applying, to the set bet amount, a dividend rate determined according to the difficulty level of the goal, is paid to the user, thereby providing the user with a sense of accomplishment and maximizing motivation for achieving the goal.
