A method for identifying a potentially emerging antigen presented by MHC allele on the surface of a target tumor cell.A peptide sequence of tumor growth antigen and MHC allele is obtained by sequencing the target tumor cells.The peptide sequence of the tumorigenesis antigen and MHC allele is input to the machine learning model, and the expression likelihood of the neoplastic antigen is expressed by the at least one of the MHC alleles on the surface of the target tumor cell.Subsets of nascent antigens are chosen based on the presentation likelihood.Selection diagram
