The present invention relates to an ultrasound contrast agent for diagnosis and treatment of a Lubin derivative.The fine particles containing the Lubin derivative of the present invention respond sensitively to reactive oxygen species (ROS) and bind to hydrophobic drugs to effectively chelate the metal containing iron oxide nanoparticles.Accordingly, the fine particles of the present invention can be used as contrast media for ultrasonic diagnostics and may be useful as a magnetic resonance imaging diagnostic contrast agent and as a carrier of hydrophobic and platinum based drugs.Diagram
